You've been deciding at night and backing out by morning for months. I turn that hesitation into one clear decision — in a single session.
Book the Crossroads SessionTiredness goes away with a vacation. A crossroads doesn't — it waits for a decision.
Every night you decide. Every morning you back out.
By morning the voices return — the salary, the timing, the risk — and you're back in the same chair.Sunday night is the heaviest hour of your week.
That isn't weekend fatigue. It's your body reacting to the week ahead before it starts. You have an answer for everyone — except yourself.
You solve other people's problems in two minutes. Your own decision has been open for months. From the outside, everything looks fine.
Nobody sees the question that visits you in the silence: is this it?Forty minutes, one to one, online — wherever you are. So you know exactly what you're booking before you book it.
“What's the decision you've been circling?” Writing it down is itself the first act of clarity.
Not the summary you give other people — the real version. My only job here is to listen and write down your words.
No advice, no “if I were you.” Questions of the kind nobody has asked you — including the ones you avoid asking yourself.
Everything on the table, including what you dismissed. In most sessions, an option appears that you hadn't seen.
What must be present, what must be absent, and the red lines that aren't for sale at any salary.
Concrete and small enough to actually do — not “think about it.”
A map of your real options
Your own decision criteria
One concrete first step
No lecture. No “you should.” No selling.
If deeper work would help you, we talk about it only if you ask.If you want someone to hand you the answer, this isn't it. I won't tell you what to do, I won't decide on your behalf, and I won't promise a specific outcome. What I will do is ask the questions that make your own answer visible — and that only works if you're willing to sit with them honestly.
I spent 15 years in the corporate world before I stood at my own crossroads.
Marketing, HR, management. From the outside it looked like a successful career. From the inside there was a question that wouldn't go quiet — and years of telling myself I'd deal with it next month.
So I'm not speaking to you from a textbook. I'm speaking from the same chair you're sitting in. The only difference between us is that I decided — and now helping people reach their own decision is what I do.
No. That's exactly what the session is for. Most people arrive able to describe what's wrong far better than what they want — that's a normal starting point, not a disqualification.
Coaching looks forward at decisions and direction; therapy treats psychological conditions and often works with the past. I'm not a licensed therapist, and if what you're carrying needs one, I'll say so and point you toward the right professional.
The Crossroads Session is $150 for 40 minutes, one to one. Payment is arranged directly before the session, and you'll receive a short coaching agreement to review first, so there are no surprises on either side.
One is enough to reach clarity — that's how the session is designed. Some people come back after taking their first step to work through what came next. That's your call, never a package I push.
No — and a clear decision often isn't “leave.” It can be changing your role from within, staying on new terms, or testing something in parallel first. My job is your clarity, not the echo of my own decision.
We can work in Arabic or English — choose whichever you think and feel in most freely, because the words that matter here are usually the ones that come without translating. Sessions are held online by video, which means distance is never the thing standing between you and your decision. And if you'd prefer to meet in person, I'm open to it by invitation, with the practical arrangements agreed together beforehand.
It stays between us. Nothing is shared, and nothing appears anywhere without your explicit permission — a written coaching agreement covers this before we begin.
Forty minutes. The questions nobody has asked you. And a decision that has been waiting long enough.
